Meet Iris!

Over the years, as I was discovering the importance of fitness in my personal and professional life, I came to a crucial realisation. When it comes to exercise and diet, supposed quick fixes don’t cut it. True health is a lifestyle. In spring 2020, after several conversations with friends, family and colleagues, I finally took the plunge and started my blog IRIS FOOD FOR THOUGHT. Since then, I have put my heart and soul into the site, providing workout tips and healthy recipes.

Sharing the things that are important to me in life. Building a happier life by making positive changes in my personal as well as work life for a good balance. By sharing I love to give other people inspiration to make positive changes as well. To be able to share solid and concise tips and tricks, I started Nutritional Science & Dietetics - Basics Study. I am super happy and proud to say I passed in November 2021! 

 

Of course, I realise it is not always sunshine all the way, but what will you do, which actions will you take? That's the question. Mind you, life is all about give & take, hence I would also love to hear from you!
