I love oats!

Yes, I know I'm always sooo exited about oats! And that is not only because oats are good for you, but can also be very yummy in your tummy! Oats are versatile and very nutritious that can easily be added to so many dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner time!

Overnight oats

Mix oats with either milk and/or yoghurt, fruit, nuts and/or seeds in a jar or bowl and let it sit in the fridge overnight. Result… a super delicious breakfast waiting for you next morning. How quick and easy do you want it? Recipe: Overnight oats, apple pie or carrot cake?

Oatmeal cookies

Use oats instead of the regular flour in your favourite cookie recipe for a nice, chewy and nutritious treat. If you like tasty, yet lean and mean cookies, follow my oats & banana cookies family Recipe: Oats & banana cookies!

Granola bars

Mix oats with honey, nuts, seeds and dried fruits to make homemade granola bars that are perfect for a snack on the go, or as a pre/post workout snack. Recipe: Homemade oats bars!

Oatmeal pancakes

Mix oats with eggs, banana and a dash od cinnamon to make super easy, healthy and delicious pancakes. Honestly, if you like to go dairy free that is very possible, just skip the eggs… and if you follow my recipe, you’ll have extra nutrients and fibers by adding spinach. Oatmeal muffins

Combine oats with mashed bananas, applesauce and honey to make a moist, fluffy and tasty muffin! Recipe: Life is better with a muffin!

Baked oats

I'll also share a baked version, originally with peaches, but if you don't have peaches, you can use any other fruit you like or just what you happen to have at home, like I did this time. Great for breakfast or dessert. Recipe: Baked oats!

Enjoy!
